Translucent white glass snifter vase, Blenko rialto or vintage Italy?

60s mod vintage translucent white glass snifter vase, 8 1/2" tall. It's in perfect condition without scratching or damage.

We haven't been able to find out very much about this white art glass(apparently it's hard to find) but it's been suggested to us that it's probably either Italian or West Virginia glass. The color is lovely, very even, a pale 'almost white' color, not really anything like milk glass.
