Vintage tie bar/money clip w/2 dogs, bird dogs? hounds? spaniels?

Vintage tie bar or money clip with a domed glass crystal with a color image of two dogs. These look like bird dogs or pointers to us (but they might be hounds or spaniels).

This measures 2 5/8" long and 11/16" wide and 1/2" across the medallion.
