Vintage horse & jockey racing tie bar/money clip reverse painted intaglio

Vintage tie bar or money clip with a domed glass crystal of a horse and rider in a jockey's racing uniform. The glass is intaglio carved and reverse painted.

This measures 2 5/8" long and 11/16" wide and 1/2" across the medallion.
