Retro vintage tomato red plastic kitchen grinder w/ hand crank

Vintage Hong Kong made kitchen grinder with hand-crank - this is too large for a nut grinder, and too light for an ice crusher, I think it's for making bread crumbs?

It's 9" tall overall, in excellent very clean condition. I don't believe it's ever been used. We love the tomato red-orange color, so 60s!
