Pastry chef's round bottom solid copper bowl for beating egg whites

Vintage round bottom copper pastry chefs or confectioners bowl marked for Benjamin & Medwin - New York. Measures 8 1/4" in diameter x 3 3/4" deep.

This has a little tarnishing, but will polish up beautifully, since it's solid copper!
