Industrial Alcatel UD-36AE-3 RCV Interface module

Industrial telecommunication "UD-36AE-3 RCV Interface" module. This is marked "644-0100-003", "33683 649-1919-001 Rev E". We were told that it is made by Alcatel. It is dated (we think) 22/97. This measures about 12.5" x 8.5" x 1". It is from the estate of an industrial communications engineer and we have not tested it.
