Industrial networking component VeriLink Access System 100 - v.35 - rev B. model number 305-101486. We powered this up and it successfully completes the System self-test and boots to the main menu. We were able to navigate to the different sub-menus. We don't know much about this, if you have questions, please ask.

There is no power cord, but this uses a standard three pronged computer and electronics cord (readily available at any electronics store).
