Retro vintage 1980 Campbell's Soup advertising doll kit, Campbells Kids

Complete kit to sew a Campbell's Kid doll (the little girl - we've been thinking, but can't come up with a name, and now can't remember either Kid having a name?!) The package is dated 1980.

This is complete with fabric, yarn for hair, etc. and includes fabrics and patterns to make the doll clothes, too. We've looked inside and out, and can't find where any of the printed instructions or patterns state a size for the finished doll, though.
