Vintage vacuum tube Webster-Chicago portable phonograph turntable

Mid-century vintage, model "130-1" vacuum tube Webster-Chicago portable record player for restoration or parts. This phonograph is adjustable for either 78's or 45 rpm records. The wine red case has a bakelite (or other early plastic) handle and measures about 15" wide, 13" deep and 9" high.

We plugged this in and after the vacuum tubes had warmed up, we could increase / decrease the volume (we could hear the speakers buzzing), but we couldn't get any noise. This may just need a new needle, but we think that the turntable was turning a little slowly on 78 rpm and seemed a little low on power (it got slower with a 78 record on the turntable), but we're not sure and so we're selling this vintage phonograph for repair or parts. There is some light wear to the case.
