50s vintage 150 watt Supreme thermostatic aquarium heater for fish tank

Mid century 1950s Supreme thermostatic aquarium heater. This fish tank heater is in working condition and still has the original box and insert.

The box is marked with a patent number from 1949 and according to the markings on the box this is a 150 watt heater.

It measures about 12" long and does have some mineral deposits from use. The box has some wear and soil from years in storage.
