It has about 200 pages with lots of illustrations, schematics etc.. It covers subjects such as basic operation, testing and calibrating testing tv antennas, testing radio receivers, testing amplifiers and mo.

This does have a name on the inside of the front cover and pencil marking on the inside of the back cover / back end paper.
