Vintage 1976 out of print 1st edition technical book on electronic operational amplifier circuits... OP-AMP Circuit Design & Applications by Joseph Carr and published by TAB Books. This is a 1978 printing. It has about 282 pages with lots of schematics, diagrams etc..

This is in nice condition, but it does have a name on the inside of the front cover.
