Godinger silver art spiral metal vases or candle holders w/ tall test tube glasses

Godinger Silver Art label pieces, test tube style glass vases or candle holders with spiraled silver plate stands. These are a little over 10" tall overall.

There's some light tarnishing to the silver, so we'd guess these are probably early 90s vintage or maybe a little newer? They're in very good condition except for the tarnish - the glass looks excellent.
