vintage Chinese brass bowl, etched double dragon lucky blessed character

Vintage solid brass bowl made in China, with good fortune character and two dragons etched in the basin.

This measures about 11 3/4" in diameter. It's a little spotted with tarnish, we've left it just as we found it.
