Magneto timing light Synchronizer for static ignition timing, buzz box timing light

Vintage Synchronizer magneto engine ignition timing light. This timing light has three leads, green and red LEDs and an on / off switch. It is marked points open when lights out.

We're not sure how to use this and we haven't tested it, but it looks in good condition.
