60s 70s vintage wood box bag purse, cigar box style handbag or storage case w/ handle

Cute little wooden box with a sturdy handle, and little frames decorating the top or front. These hold black leatherette right now, but might easily hold needlework or art designs.

The original finish is really scuffed up and worn as it is, so this would be a good candidate for a makeover / upcycle project.

It's clean, and solidly made - it would make a fine lunchbox, tiny portable bar, craft kit carrier or toy box! Measures about 8" x 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" overall.
