Amethyst purple glass ashtray w/ hand-painted enamel flowers, vintage Germany?

Vintage amethyst purple glass ashtray, 4 3/4" in diameter. We've been told that this is a piece of German or Bohemian glass... it's not marked, so we can't be sure, but it is very pretty, whomever the maker!

This has a little light wear to the gold, though the colored flowers look fine, and the glass has no chips or cracks.
