Antique porcelain rolling wheel Sengbusch desk stamp moistener inker

Vintage Sengbush stamp inker / moistener, heavy white ironstone porcelain pan with rolling wheel. This one is marked Sengbusch Self Closing Inks Stand - Ideal Moistener.

It's been hard used, and has tight cracks all along the front of the dish part. The pan and the wheel are dirty, especially around the pivot hardware.
