Retro 1970s tanning sun lamp, Montgomery Wards original box

Retro 1970s vintage self tanning sun lamp head. This is in clean working condition, but there is only the sun lamp head and not the tripod base.

This sun lamp was originally from Montgomery Wards and there is still the remains of the original box. It measures about 12.5" wide and has a few small areas of rust and / or flaking to the industrial blue paint.
