mid-century mod vintage metal shade ball spotlight table lamp, torchiere light

Retro mid-century vintage 'eyeball' torchiere, all steel. This measures about 8" tall, 5 1/2" ball globe diameter.

It's made to hold one standard socket light bulb (probably a 40 watt? a large bulb might make the metal shade hot). Works fine.

There's noticeable rust spotting to the base and round shade - this could use a new coat of paint, and a new felt on the bottom.
