Old 1920s art deco vintage, illuminated industrial EXIT sign w/raised glass letters

Early 1920s or 1930s, art deco vintage, electric architectural light up EXIT sign. This light up sign is from the estate of an electrical contractor and was originally removed from an industrial or commercial location. The sign measures 10.5" wide, 8.5" high and 4" deep.

The front panel of the sign is translucent white milk glass with letters that are slightly raised. The letters are about 6.125" high. The bottom of the sign is a frosted translucent glass panel. The sign is illuminated with two brass shell "fat boy" lamp sockets that take a standard base light bulb. The sign case is steel with old off-white paint. The red on the front glass panel is paint.
