industrial vintage Royal typewriter w/ glass keys, portable typewriter w/ tweed case

1940s vintage Royal typewriter with the old fashioned glass topped keys and a tweed carrying case. This is a Royal Quite DeLuxe from the late 40s. This typewriter is very dusty and the keys are jamming and sticking. It is NOT in ready to use condition.

It makes a nice photo prop, or we found that you can download a photocopy of the original manual for free, if you decide to undertake restoring it.

The case is well worn with scuffs and scrapes. The cloth covering is worn away at a couple of the corners and it has a dent to the case (shows in the 14ht photo) as well as pen and pencil marks etc..
