Retro 70s vintage ceramic owl bank, hand-painted spongeware pottery

Retro artisan-crafted owl savings bank, 4 1/2" tall. This isn't marked with a maker's name that we could find.

The owl is missing the cork or stopper on the bottom, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
