Vintage hand-blown Italian art glass trumpet vase in cobalt blue slag glass

Unmarked art glass vase, made in Italy, 60s or 70s vintage. This one is about 5 1/2" tall overall, in lovely shades of blue. It's in very nice condition, no chips or cracks.
