30s 40s vintage envelope clutch purse, leather w/ green bakelite buckle

Slim art deco style leather envelope clutch purse, 1930s or 40s vintage, with translucent jade green bakelite 'buckle' ornament. Measures 8 1/2" x 6 1/2".

It's fully lined in peau de soie, has a clasp coin pocket and a full length pocket closed with a steel zipper. We were not able to find any labels at all.

The interior is spotted from use and from age, though there are no rips or holes. The exterior leather is scuffed, and could use a good cleaning, too.
