Vintage General Electric wall clock, mod sunburst rays plastic clock frame

Non-working vintage G.E. battery wall clock with a very retro plastic sun burst frame 15" in diameter. The frame is a little scuffed, and the clock face has a broken hand.

It's a simple project to install a new clock movement (they're easy to find at craft and home improvement stores) and the frame would make a great piece to paint in a glossy new enamel, I think!
