Vintage ceramic character mug, face of the devil unmarked toby mug

Creepy devil face mug, unmarked - Sylvac or similar? It's about 4 1/2" tall, a mug rather than a stein.

This has a tight hairline crack as shown in the close up photo. No chips, though this does have glaze crazing.
