Aqua blue swirl candle holder, retro 60s vintage art glass candlestick

Beautiful aquamarine blue colored glass candle stick, 6" across the bowl x 3 1/2" tall.

I just can't remember is this is a Viking glass or Empoli - Italy design, but it's 60s or early 70s vintage art glass, and it's in excellent condition without damage.
