Antique porcelain rolling wheel Sengbush desk stamp moistener inker

Vintage Sengbush stamp inker / moistener, heavy white ironstone porcelain pan with rolling wheel. This one is marked Sengbush Ink.

It's been hard used, and thr pan and the wheel are dirty, especially around the pivot hardware.
