Vintage Oneida Community silver plate flatware in the Silver Sands pattern, 1960s or 70s.

This is a set of serving pieces barely if ever used, though strangely spotted with tarnished areas from being stored wrapped in plastic wrap. It's almost black where it's tarnished, and otherwise so shiny! You'll definitely want to polish these pieces.
