Los Artesanos Puerto Rico hand thrown pottery vase, rustic modern art relief design skull heads

Unsure of the exact vintage of this piece, but I love the skulls or heads design, and the rough rustic clay pottery. It's marked Los Artesanos Puerto Rico, and measures about 7" tall.

It's fairly heavy and has a sort of incised though the glaze finish, unglazed interior. It's in very good clean condition without damage.
