Netgear DS116 16 port LAN industrial networking hub

Netgear model DS116 industrial computing and networking hub. It has 16 ports and is marked as "10/100 MBPS - dual speed hub". This is from the estate of an IT professional and has light wear. We plugged this in and it powers up, but we are not including a power adaptor.
