50s vintage reading light, bed headboard lamp, aqua metal shade w/ fins

Mid-century modern 1950s vintage bed lamp, with metal lamp shade in original aqua paint finish. This could fit metal hooks to hang over a bedstead frame, or mount on the wall with screws at the holes in the back. It's 12" long over the shade.

The original wiring is complete and works well, it holds a standard size light bulb, and the electrical cord just plugs into a wall socket. That's the good news.

The bad news is that there's a lot of wear, soil, and surface rust spotting to the metal shade, inside and out. You'll probably want to repaint this, we'll leave that up to you.
