Vintage 40s sci-fi stories, Astounding Science Fiction magazine, Mar 1948 w/pulp cover art

Vintage 1940s "Astounding Science Fiction" sci-fi magazine  from March, 1948. The cover story for this issue is "... And Searching Mind" by Jack Williamson.

This magazine is in nice vintage condition. We don't know anything about grading pulp magazines, but this issue does have light wear, age and acouple of spots. There is a small number "7" stamp applied to the top edge of the cover. There is a "3 8" in ink on the bottom edge of the pages.

Astounding Science Fiction was originally published under the title of "Astounding Stories" in 1930. In 1938 the magazine was renamed "Astounding Science Fiction" and was renamed again in 1960 to "Analog Science Fiction and Fact".
