New old stock vintage winter work pants, denim jeans lined w/ quilted nylon

Never used vintage cotton denim blue jeans with quilted nylon lining, heavy duty winter gear for ranchers, farmers etc.. These are marked a size 38 w 32 ins, and the garment measurements at waist and inseam match that exactly.
