retro mod eyeball light 60s - 70s vintage Tensor adjustable desk lamp w/ ball shade

Vintage mod Tensor desk light, adjustable with a mod sphere eyeball shade. Probably for the 1960s or 1970s, marked made in USA.

This measures about 18 1/2" tall over the stem and is light height is adjustable with thumb screw clamp.

It's about 6" across the shade and takes a standard base screw in base light bulb with a turn switch on the back. It's rated for 120 volts.

This has some light rust and doting to the metal and chrome and wear and spotting to the black finish. It also looks like it's missing a badge on the base. Please see photos.
