60s olive green color, tall hand-blown art glass vase, vintage Italy?

Tall hand crafted art glass vase, with pontil mark on the bottom, and the remains of the original label... this is proabably Italian glass, we think?

The vase measures 14 1/2" tall, and is in very nice condition without chipping or roughness, no cracks. We love the dark bottle green color, so retro!
