Vintage mannequin hand, female hand model for rings & jewelry, or nail polish

Vintage mannequin hand, used but in fairly good condition yet. We'd guess this is 70s or early 80s?

It's 8 1/2" long overall, would be a small to medium glove size (measures 7 1/2" around the widest part of the hand).
