Steampunk industrial vintage machine-age adjustable studio work light

Large mid century industrial vintage steampunk studio floor task light. This is marked on the "Photogenic Speed-Lite" with thunder bolts and is made by the "Photogenic Machine Co". of Youngstown, Ohio.

The head of this light is adjustable. It measures about 20 1/2" across the aluminum reflector shade and about 16" deep. It has a telescoping stand with a wheeled base. It measures about 18.5" square on the base.

The height of this studio light is adjustable for different tasks with a telescoping pole. The light height adjusts from about 56" high up to about 111" high in two stages of about 28" each.

This vintage studio light is made for a light bulb and has a large frosted diffuser globe / photography flash tube (totally steampunk!). The light bulb socket is a bayonet type (slide and turn) and measures about 11/16" across. There is no light bulb included, but bayonet base light bulbs are readily available in a variety of sizes online (and probably in larger home improvement centers) or you can get a light bulb adaptor.

The light cord has a newer standard 3 prong, 115 volt type, electrical plug on the end.

The large flash tube is marked "GE FT 403" and measures about 7 3/8" long and 2 5/16" across the base. It has three prongs to plug into the light fixture and is made to plug into the light over the light bulb.

This steampunk industrial studio light is in nice vintage condition.
