1950s vintage green metal shade desk or work light for wall or table

Mid-century vintage metal gooseneck lamp, made to stand on a desk or table, or hang on the wall from a hook under the metal lamp base. This has a cord with a plug, and light switch on the top of the lamp shade. It works fine, and the wiring looks good.

The lamp is 16" tall with the neck in a straight up position. It's not marked with a maker's mark that we could see, but is vintage USA made, we think. There's light rust spotting over much of the lamp, not terrible - and the goose neck is flexible yet, and works well.
