Vintage formed art glass tray, mod square shape, retro sky blue color

Mid-century vintage bent formed art glass tray or small plate, 5 1/2" square. We love the wrinkled and crinkled texture, and the streaky sky blue colored glass. It's nice and clean, no chips or any signs of use.
