Huge mod torpedo shape green glass apothecary jar, retro 60s vintage

Huge 60s vintage covered glass jar, very heavy hand-blown glass, 25" tall overall. We're not sure if this is Italian or West Virginia art glass, but the color is very retro, and the shape is very mod! It's in excellent condition without chips or roughness, no scratching or signs of use.
