Huge vintage handkerchief vase flower bowl, vintage Viking or Italy?

60s or early 70s vintage handkerchief shape art glass flower bowl, 10" across. There's a tiny rough fleabite to the cut foot, but it can't be seen unless this is picked up, turned over and examined very carefully. It looks gorgeous, even empty!
