Vintage wind-up toy, waddling duck in sailor suit, cute for Easter!

Cute old wind-up waddling duck in a sailor suit... this works, though not perfectly, the duck is sometimes a little underpowered, or slow to start. It winds freely, not locked up.

The duck measures 4 1/2" long, and is not marked at all the we could find, though we'd guess probably vintage Hong Kong? It's in nice clean shape, with complete costume.
