Rare early undated McDonald's paper carrier box, printed dollhouse

Vintage McDonald's printed cardboard carrier box / dollhouse, not dated that we could find. It's had the bottom of the box cut away, so it's just the four sides with foldable roof top (we've just tied the handle closed, it's open, not messed up with tape). The chimney end is perforated for the dollhouse door.

The box measures 12" x 8" x 13" tall. It's not in perfect condition (there are tears to the bottom edge, and some water staining and browning) but it's a unusual and interesting McDonald's advertising piece, hard to find!
