1920s vintage mah-jongg game pieces, color printed cardboard tiles

Vintage mah-jongg set in worn original box, dated 1923. The tile racks are wood, the tiles are heavy card stock with color printing. We're not sure if this is complete (we've never played mah-jongg), but these pieces are all in nice shape, even though the paper box is very poor.
