Retro vintage magnetic travel dart game board, darts target Felix the Cat

I think this is a target game board for a magnetic darts game? It's very cute, made of steel, like a old tin sign. (I don't think it's very sporting to hit Felix and friends, they are very happy that we have no 'darts' for the game!)

There's a cardboard easel back stand at the back of the board, or this can hang flat to the wall. The game board measures 11 3/4" x 7 1/2". It's marked only copyright Felix the Cat Productions, has no date.
