Vintage Fostoria amber glass cigarette holder, a stand for business cards?

Unmarked Fostoria glass stand for cigarettes, I think - though we think this would be perfect to hold business cards.

It's 2 1/2" wide over the interior area of the box, 2" deep. The entire piece is 4 3/8" tall overall.

It's in very good clean condition, no chips, damage or any signs of use.
