Tall pottery owls, 70s vintage fairy light lamps for pillar candles

Lot of two different owl candle holders, 70s vintage stoneware (unmarked Japan?). These fit on metal stands to hold the candles, and measure 9 1/2" and 10" tall overall.

The pottery owls are both in very good condition, though there's a little finish wear to the metal stands. These are very striking, even empty of candles... they must be amazing when lit!
