Vintage real photo print tray with the Pikes Peak railway trolley, 1940s or 50s vintage?

The lightweight aluminum tray is 11" in diameter, shows some stains or discoloration, a little fine scratching and some dents. Sounds worse than it looks, this is a really good unusual old souvenir piece.
